Open Question: i think i need a new cell phone battery?
ok so i have the LG scoop from alltel and i have had it for a little over a year. All of a sudden it stopped charging when i put in the connector unless i wiggled it around and even then it would only charge for about 10 mins before stopping. now it wont even turn on and the charge doesnt stay. i think i need a new battery but since the phone isnt selling in stores anymore idk where to get one. help?
should i just get a new phone?
oh and this phone has been discontinued for some time now

Open Question: after ending a verbal agreement is it legal for theother party to steal an 11 weekold foal?
we had a verbal agreement, and the girl we had it with did not hold up to her end of the deal , heres how it gos , the price was set at 100$ for both the mare and foal, and wile still in the agreement the girl was to pervide the feed hay and anything the 2 horses needed, we did not chrge any kind of money to keep them at r house, she was to come down everyday to take care of them aswell , now the mare is 6 yearsold and the foal is now 4 months old the mare is under my stepdads name and has been since befor she foaled so that makes the foal ares alrady right?, now heres what happend , the girl did not come down every day, always makeing up stuff when she did not fell like comeing down to feed or take care of them ok she dont have a job to make money to pervide for them + always had to fite just to get money off her mom and her dad does not have a job ether so he did not always have the money to just give to her , and her x boyfrind give her alittle here and ther, so most of the time me my mom and step dad were the ones takeing care of both of them ok, now her dad payed 40$ the girl payed 1$ yes thats right 1$ and 10$ of that come from me on the mare befor we even new she was with foal, well mom ended the greement with the girl and we were going to give ther 41$ back to them, now after it was ended she involed 3 other people that had nothing to do with anyof this till she told them, 2 of thes people come down in ther car with the girl to r house , i come out seen them ask what they were doing the 17 year old said we r takeing the foal i told the 18 year old (the one we had the agreement with) no dont do this this is worg , the mother of the 17 yearold look at me and said y who do they belong to i said my mom and step dad, the mother then said no they dont they belong to the 18 yearold and i alrady called the police , then i said i dont want to be involed in this and run and got my mom and told her they r trying to steal the foal , my mom went over told them no they r not takeing him ( now my mom is desabled) and she call the police , and they all started yelling at my mom calling her names and yelling stuff in the phone, the mother of the 17 year old grap my mom shakeing her and slam the cell phone when she was on with the police so she called back, so they had the 17 year old walk the foal off r property and the 18 year old was right beside her wile the mother of the 17 yearold drive her car behind them , now all this happened at night right aftter we got daon feeding , they did not know what the foal was geting in feed because he was just bearly starting to eat , or anything ,( may i point out that u cant ween a foal till hes about 6 to 8 months inless the vet says other wise) they did steal feed from us about every 5 days till they could give him something els , yes we maid reports on all of this and they did to , saying she payed them both off in full and payed for all ther feed an hay and all the stuff , and trying to say my mom and step dad stole them right out from under her and tryed to sell them off will non of that is true , ( we all live here in fredericktown ohio and really need help from someone who will help us get r foal back , we went to the police made reports we went to the porssacuters as will and it seems like noone wants to help us , it seems like they r liting get a way with horse thft tresspassing and asulting my mom , its all messed up and we need help ) … thank u
wow hold on people… you missunderstood my question. the mare was a rescue from a meat action, and she was already bread when we got her. but we didnt know. the buyer in the verbal agreement was my best friend. and the agreement was to see if she would take full charge of their care while they were still our horses and she was buying them. she did not! that is why the agreement was ended. take it easy on us we are the victoms in this. we did nothing wrong except trust a friend.

we have had the law, the humane agent,lawyers and anyone else we thought could help involved from the start… we even have all receipts . but nothing is going anywhere
